Job Profile:
having complete knowledge of HSN codes, complete understanding of input export trades, Should have handled exports of goods to various different countries
Responsible for pre shipment documents.
Preparing and organizing necessary export documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health certificates, and shipping instructions.
Coordination with marketing and Export team and prepare the documents as per the clients requirement and Policy.
Coordination with Quality Control for COA and TDS related parameters as per the protocol.
Good knowledge of MSDS, CoA.
Responsible for Export Documentation, regulatory requirement for Import and Export.
Prepare and manage all required import/export documentation, considering specific requirements for the products.
Implement document planning and management systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing, logistics, operation and product development.
Monitor and interpret specific regulations related to the import and export of the products between the mentioned countries.
Reviews of essential study documents such as study protocols, clinical reports and any other clinical documents requested for the registration purposes.
Supporting export activities, oversees preparation of commercial documents in accordance with export, and handles recordkeeping requirements with marketing team.
CTC: Will be decided upon the knowledge and experience of the candidate.
