Job Highlights

Import clearance related activities IMPEX Freight co-ordination Export Transaction closure & co-ordination with AP & Bank Co-ordination with Planning, Customer Service, CHA, S.Line/ Freight Forwarders, Transporters Updation of reports i.e. Export, Import DSR, CRB, PD Bond, Duty Drawback claims, Bond (PD/Liner) closure  Compliance with all IMPEX regulatory requirements Monitor and resolve any issues related to Shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies Address any issues or queries related to export and import activities Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of IMPEX process Risk identification of compliance breach on Customs Prepare and review IMPEX documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness Updating self on Indian & Global IMPEX rules Handling various Govt agencies ; Customs/DGFT. Port operational issues leading to delay in export and import clearances Monitoring an updating the Transhipment issues/ deviation in schedule Implementing SOPs for AEO certification/renewals, DPD movements I MPEX management Export Incentives are rewards are crucial for profitability of export orders hence deploy strategies to meet organization objectives on Incentives, Cost reduction. Giving timely inputs on FTP policy changes/FTA Liaison & compliance with external agencies - Customs, GST, DGFT and Banks

Requirements

Graduate /Post Graduate Diploma in SCM/EXIM 5 + years of experience in EXIM  Good Knowledge of Microsoft system, Fluent in English communication
