
Customer Support Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience. The role involves handling customer queries, providing effective solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Support the team in achieving customer service targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support/customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and (add local language if needed).
Preferred Qualities:
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong listening skills and empathy while dealing with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹30,000.00 per month
