About the Role

We're looking for a 
Junior Account Manager
 to join our Mumbai office. This is a client-facing + project coordination role for someone who loves structure, communication, and being the bridge between brands and creative teams.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the 
    primary point of contact
     for clients on assigned projects.
  • Translate client briefs into clear instructions for designers and creative teams.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Proactively follow up with clients on approvals, feedback, and next steps.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, decks, and presentations.
  • Maintain project documentation and status reports.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, team members, and management.

Who You Are

  • 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination (agency experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • A people person who can balance empathy with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with branding, design, or digital marketing is a plus.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & fit)
