Job Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to take ownership of building and managing relationships with B2 B agents and partner organizations. The role involves identifying potential agents, onboarding them into our network, and nurturing long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities • Identify, research, and approach potential B2 B agents, consultants, and channel partners in target markets. • Develop and execute strategies to build strong relationships with agents and ensure consistent business inflow. • Act as the primary point of contact for agents, addressing their needs, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth collaboration. • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure agents are well-supported and motivated. • Track agent performance, analyze data, and generate reports on business generated through the B2 B channel. • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to expand the agent network. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). • Proven experience in B2 B partnerships, channel sales, or agent management (minimum 2–4 years). • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset. • Familiarity with sales reporting, and market research. • Willingness to travel for agent meetings, events, and market expansion.
