We’re looking for a  Strategic Partnerships Manager – Educational Institutions with strong networks in higher education. Identify, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers at engineering, MBA, and other higher education institutions. Drive end-to-end partnerships: from prospecting to MoU closure and long-term relationship management. Work with institute leadership to launch joint programs, student initiatives, and co-branded activities. Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, sales, academics) to ensure smooth execution of partnerships. Represent Masai at conferences, seminars, and campus events to strengthen brand presence. Monitor and report on partnership effectiveness, learner outcomes, and business impact. Continuously explore innovative models to deepen engagement with academic partners. 3–5 years of experience in  Strategic Partnerships with Institutional Alliances . ~ Strong network and proven track record of working with higher education institutions. ~ Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. ~ Passion for  education, student success, and building scalable impact .
