Job Responsibilities :- Manage incoming documents via WhatsApp, postal mail, and email, ensuring timely processing from Monday to Saturday.- Download and organize documents as needed.- Utilize smallPDF.com to edit PDF documents, including splitting, merging, and editing for reference numbers.- Accurately enter and maintain data in Google Sheet- Classify and file documents according to date, serial number, relevance, and external parties involved.- Rename and upload processed documents to specific folders on the Google drive, ensuring all files are correctly categorized (e.g., Purchase invoices, payments, bank statements).- Generate and link document URLs in the spreadsheet for easy access and tracking.- Post documents to designated WhatsApp groups according to the document type and relevant company.- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all company documents and information.
