Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Excellence Leader with over 20 years of expertise in IT service delivery, process optimization, and quality management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, operational excellence, and industry-standard frameworks such as Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, and CMMI. This role will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, enhancing delivery processes, and ensuring compliance with global quality standards.Key Responsibilities: • Process Optimization: Lead the design and implementation of automated, scalable delivery processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.• Quality Management: Establish and maintain robust quality frameworks aligned with CMMI, ISO 9001, and ITIL standards to ensure consistent service excellence.• Automation & AI Integration: Drive automation initiatives leveraging AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and digital transformation to streamline operations and minimize manual effort.• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and clients to identify process inefficiencies, implement improvements, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and mentorship to teams on best practices in delivery excellence, quality management, and process transformation.Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: 20+ years in IT service delivery, quality management, and process transformation.• Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.• Methodologies: Deep expertise in CMMI, ISO 9001, ITIL, Agile, and Lean frameworks.• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with process automation tools, AI-driven analytics, and digital transformation technologies.• Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and engage stakeholders at all levels.• Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
