Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a talent to join their firm: 

  • Xây dựng và thực hiện các chiến lược và thủ tục thu hồi nợ để tối đa hóa việc xử lý nợ. Develop and implement collection strategies and procedures to maximize debt recovery.

  • Xem xét và phân tích các tài khoản quá hạn, đánh giá rủi ro và xây dựng chiến lược thu nợ phù hợp cho từng trường hợp. Review and analyze past-due accounts, assess risk, and develop appropriate collection strategies for each case.

  • Chủ động làm việc với chủ nợ để hiểu rõ tình hình tài chính của họ, đàm phán kế hoạch thanh toán và thu hồi số dư nợ với thái độ chuyên nghiệp. Proactively engage with debtors to understand their financial situation, negotiate payment plans, and collect outstanding balances, at a professional and empathetic demeanor.

  • Phân tích xu hướng, dữ liệu và các phương pháp hiệu quả để xây dựng và thực hiện các chiến lược thu nợ nhằm tối ưu hóa tỷ lệ thu hồi đồng thời giảm thiểu tổn thất. Analyze trends, data, and industry best practices to create and implement collection strategies that optimize recovery rates while minimizing losses.

  • Duy trì hồ sơ chính xác và cập nhật về tất cả các hoạt động thu thập. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.

  • Đảm bảo tuân thủ các hướng dẫn quy định và chính sách nội bộ trong suốt quá trình thu hồi nợ. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies throughout the collection process.

  • Cộng tác với các nhóm, bao gồm dịch vụ pháp lý, tài chính và khách hàng, để giải quyết các vấn đề của khách hàng. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and customer service, to resolve complex or escalated customer issues.

  • Chuẩn bị báo cáo thường xuyên về hoạt động thu thập, phân tích dữ liệu và cung cấp những hiểu biết. Prepare regular reports on collection activities, analyze data, and provide actionable insights. 


Requirements

  • Tốt nghiệp bằng cử nhân về tài chính, quản trị kinh doanh hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm thu hồi nợ, ưu tiên trong ngành ngân hàng. Minimum 5 years of experience in collections management, preferably within the banking industry.

  • Có những thành tựu trong việc đạt được mục tiêu thu hồi nợ và giảm nợ quá hạn. Proven track record of success in achieving collection goals and reducing delinquencies.
