The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in producing detailed construction drawings at a rapid pace while managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the design and

execution of large-scale workspace interiors.

Role & ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, for workspace interiors.Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and client specifications.Utilize CAD software to create accurate and high-quality construction drawings efficiently.Manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering drawings within tight deadlines.Revise and update drawings based on feedback from team members and clients (especially refurb projects)Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Experience (Years) Required02-03 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in workspace interior projects.

QualificationProficiency in AutoCAD, or similar drafting software with MS Excel and MS PowerPointStrong understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsEffective communication and collaboration skills
