Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Production Manager located in Gurugram. The Factory Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality of production, and managing production schedules. The role involves coordinating with various departments, managing a team of production workers, ensuring safety standards are met, and troubleshooting production issues as they arise. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining production equipment and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end product development process for footwear—from concept, design, prototyping, costing, to final production.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the footwear category.
  • Coordinate with design, development, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform future improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to position and launch products effectively.
  • Ensure that all products meet brand standards, customer expectations, and compliance regulations.
  • Manage product timelines, pricing strategy, and profitability targets.
