We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team and take charge of key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  2. Maintain and update employee records (HRMS or manual).

  3. Handle confirmation, promotion, transfers, and separation processes.
  4. Process employee letters (experience, salary, warning, etc.).

  5. Ensure timely completion of probation and appraisal formalities.

  6. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  7. Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift rosters.

  8. Coordinate with the payroll team/vendor for accurate processing.

  9. Address payroll-related queries and ensure compliance.

  10. Employee Engagement & Communication

  11. Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and celebrations.

  12. Conduct feedback sessions and support in grievance handling.

  13. Foster a positive work environment and promote team bonding.

  14. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  15. Ensure HR policies are communicated and followed.

  16. Support in compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

  17. Assist in internal audits and documentation.

  18. Performance Management Support

  19. Coordinate with teams for KRA/KPI tracking.

  20. Assist in conducting performance reviews and follow-ups.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Good knowledge of HRMS/payroll software
  • Sound understanding of labor laws and compliance
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
