Position Description and Responsibilities


General Summary : As a key IT functional leadership role, reporting to VP - Business Applications, candidate for this role is accountable for sustainable alignment of Information, technology, and business applications within Everise. The candidate is expected to set and drive Business Applications to not only support business objectives, industry best practices and regulation

but also to provide enabler for innovations of business models as well as business processes towards building and maintaining digital enterprise. Role holder is expected to be genuine active thought partner for business stakeholders who ensures that application and technology stack create sustainable value for Everise business. The appointee is a visionary who thinks of

business-IT alignment, sustainability, Time-to-Release, solution integrity dimensions and who is able to talk and act business while envisioning IT applications landscape in Everise.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned GenAI initiatives which may include tool implementation and/or development of a new product.
  • Responsibilities include working with the internal/external customer and hosting, functional and security teams to provide proactive management and oversight of initiative workflows from kickoff to closeout.
  • Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of GenAI implementations.
  • Monitors and reports performance against implementation to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
  • Interact with customer, security and technical personnel, and clients to ensure conformance to requirements.
  • Propose and track risks, issues, and lessons learned, providing context and commentary for each as prescribed by the Project Management Office.
  • Develops and annotates dashboards, graphs, and reports using PowerPoint.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to tasking.
  • Set-up and attend meetings and provide meeting recaps.
  • Functional Leadership role - candidate will be responsible for delivering multiple key initiatives to business within the defined scope, time and cost.
  • Provides overall direction, guidance and definition of IT Ecosystem architecture to effectively support the corporate business strategy.
  • Reviews existing business processes and establishes metrics to improve business processes
  • Reviews business drivers and strategies, understands the implications to the application design, and
  • Understands where Everise is planning to go in the future to provide valuable inputs to stakeholders
  • Interfaces across education, research, and administrative areas, acting as visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future projects.
  • Have business/Domain centric application delivery roadmaps (short & long term) in outsourcing and transformation delivery
  • Revenue influence, efficiency & effectiveness impact through the use embedded capabilities, tools and wrappers
  • Cost optimization target for short term and long term


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven hands-on project management and product owner/manager experience.
  • Proven working experience in Microsoft technologies.
  • Proven working experience in various Microsoft and other GenAI tools & technologies.
  • Complete understanding of SDLC (Waterfall and Agile)
  • Good understanding over Azure and AWS
  • Minimum 4-5 years in project management and application delivery
  • Exposure to BPO industry will have an added advantage.


Position Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor / Master degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering or a related subject
  • Proven ability to lead, coordinate the work across various internal and external departments.
  • Proven track record of working and leading the delivery through external vendors
  • Able to manage high flux, multi project, volatile delivery environment
  • Agile experience: plan, direct, and coordinate all activities associated with Sprint planning and execution.
  • Very good verbal and written communication. Ability to influence stakeholders.
