The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and fault-tolerant workflows across GCP and AWS environments.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain Temporal workflows to automate complex business processes.- Integrate workflows with microservices and event-driven systems.- Ensure scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance of workflow infrastructure.- Monitor, debug, and optimize workflow executions for performance and cost efficiency.- Develop and maintain best practices, templates, and reusable patterns for workflow design.- Collaborate with application and DevOps teams to align workflows with overall system architecture.Required Skills & Experience:- 10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or related roles.- Proven experience with Temporal, Cadence, or similar workflow orchestration frameworks.- Strong hands-on expertise in GCP and AWS services (compute, storage, networking, IAM, etc.).- Experience working with event-driven architectures, message queues (e.g., Pub/Sub, Kafka, SQS), and microservices.- Solid understanding of distributed systems, observability, and debugging complex workflows.- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
