Positions :

This is full-time on-site role.

1 Architect (5 to 15 Years of Expertise)


Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

  • Project Estimation : Prepare detailed estimates for Interior designing projects.
  • Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine costs and provide accurate cost projections.
  • Site Management : Oversee and manage construction / Interior sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with designers, architects, and clients to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status.


Interior Design Site Management :

  • Create all the required Archtectural drawings.
  • Create & Manage all building & Interior design projects from concept to completion.
  • Create 3D Videos for Prospects
  • Ensure that all interior design work is executed as per the approved plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with Engineer, designers, architects, and clients to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in project estimation and site management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and interior design processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.


Salary

3.50 Lac to 6 Lac PA + Reimbursements
