Hands on in analysis of application configuration, various logs, GC etc. Prior experience in troubleshooting using APM tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics. Excellent Presentation skills to effectively communicate and present results to stakeholders. Strong ability to deliver under pressure. Excellent communication (Written & Verbal), presentation skills. Sound knowledge on monitoring Web Servers, Application Server, DB server and shell scripting. Hands on experience on SQL Developer tool and SQL query
