QA Skill Set for 5 Years of Experience in Automation and No-Code/Low-Code Automation Expertise in test planning, estimation, and prioritization Proficiency in writing detailed test cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD practices Manual testing: functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing Experience in UI, API, and database validation Defect reporting, tracking, and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Automation Testing Skills Programming & Scripting: Proficient in at least one language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript). Strong in OOPs, data structures, exception handling, and debugging Selenium WebDriver for UI automation Postman (collections + Newman), RestAssured, Playwright, Cypress Page Object Model (POM), hybrid, and data-driven frameworks CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) Database testing automation using SQL Performance testing basics with k6, JMeter io, Katalon Studio, Leapwork, Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft. Experience in CI/CD integration with no-code/low-code tools Postman collections and monitors Basic cloud and container knowledge: Docker, Selenium Grid, cloud execution providers (SauceLabs, BrowserStack) Quality metrics: test coverage, code coverage, QA dashboards Experience in mentoring junior testers and leading small QA teams Participation in sprint ceremonies: planning, grooming, retrospectives
