We’re Hiring | Category Growth & Marketing Strategy Manager Location: Prabhadevi (Mumbai) | Work Mode: (On-site)Experience: 5–8 Years | Category Growth / Brand Marketing / StrategyContact: SHAKSHI SINGH | | Client: Confidential (Leading Beauty & Lifestyle Platform)About the Role:We’re seeking a Category Growth & Marketing Strategy Manager to build annual growth plans and marketing strategies that strengthen category performance and drive consumer acquisition for a leading beauty & lifestyle platform.Key Responsibilities:Develop yearly category growth plans and collaborate with marketing teams to bring them to life.Analyze consumer behavior and identify insights to drive category expansion and recruit new users.Build and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand plans, market trends, and business priorities.Partner with cross-functional teams to translate growth ambitions into actionable quarterly and monthly plans.Lead 360° communication campaigns for key brands, launches, and import/global store collaborations.Own the user journey (onsite & offsite) and ensure best-in-class category and brand experiences.Requirements:✅ 5–8 years of experience in category growth, brand strategy, or marketing planning✅ Strong business acumen and analytical ability to derive insights from data & consumer behavior✅ Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills✅ Creative problem-solving mindset with first-principles thinking✅ Experience in FMCG, D2C, or beauty/lifestyle brands preferredPreferred:⭐ Exposure to integrated brand campaigns and cross-functional strategy planning⭐ Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholdersIf you’re ready to lead growth strategy and build powerful brand campaigns, let’s connect |
