As the Microsoft Practice Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Microsoft practice within our organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, ensuring delivery excellence, fostering innovation, and maintaining client satisfaction across Microsoft-related projects and services.


Key Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Microsoft practice aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Lead the development of service offerings, solutions, and methodologies tailored to Microsoft technologies and platforms.
  • Provide thought leadership internally and externally through participation in industry events, conferences, and knowledge sharing.


Business Development:

  • Drive sales and business development efforts to expand the Microsoft practice's client base and revenue streams.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with Microsoft and other ecosystem partners to enhance service capabilities and market presence.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions, marketing collateral, and go-to-market strategies.


Client Engagement:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges to deliver tailored Microsoft solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance, thought leadership, and best practices related to Microsoft technologies.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective project delivery, proactive communication, and timely issue resolution.


Team Management:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the Microsoft practice, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the practice.
  • Define performance metrics, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement professional development plans to drive individual and team growth.


Delivery Excellence:

  • Oversee the delivery of Microsoft projects and services, ensuring adherence to quality standards, project timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Monitor project health, identify risks and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them effectively.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the practice, leveraging emerging Microsoft technologies and best practices to deliver value-added solutions to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in consulting, IT services, or technology leadership roles, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and growing Microsoft practices, driving business growth, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, analyze market trends, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, executives, and partners.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, MCP) and experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or participation in industry forums and communities.
