Japanese Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support to Japanese clients by understanding their requirements and providing solutions through our products/services.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and increase revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity in Japan.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-4 years of experience in a similar role or related field (sales support).
  • Proficiency in Japanese language skills (reading , speaking).
  • Strong understanding of Sales
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
