Role Description

Qualifications

  • 20+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 10 years in real estate sales leadership roles (GM / VP / National Sales Head level).
  • Proven track record of driving high-volume sales in both residential and commercial real estate.
  • Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and institutional clients.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring large sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans while staying closely involved in execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
