Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing:• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source potential candidates.•Proactively search for qualified candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective

Sourcing strategies:• Candidate Screening and Assessment:• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet the job requirements.• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.

Interview Coordination:• Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview panels, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:• Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages.• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and source effectiveness.• Prepare regular reports and analyses on recruitment activities and provide insights for process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the Automobile industry.• Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and best practices.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
