Talent Aquisition Specialist - Executive Search, Campus Hiring
We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates who fit our clients' needs and managing campus placement drive for them. The role involves developing strong relationships with the Indian corporates and our client universities.

We work with overseas universities towards student recruitment support and representation in the Indian market. We assist them in forging partnerships for research and student/faculty exchange programme.

More about us on Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and provide feedback to both parties.
Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience of campus recruitment drive
Excellent Verbal and Written English
Experience of managing clients and corporate relations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn and Recruitment Applications, HRMS, ATS
Experience
2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitments/corporate relations
