Location: Noida
Job Description:The incumbent will be responsible for the managing round the clock Customer Production environment and operations running on Cloud.B.Tech (CS / EC / IT) and 2-4 yrs. of relevant experience.Excellent oral and written communication skillsExperience & working knowledge of OS (Linux, Windows) / Web Server (Jboss, IIS, Apache) / Database / NetworkingBasic knowledge of Java / MS SQLHands on experience of Amazon Web Services / Microsoft Azure; AWS/Azure certification (Preferred to have) \Knowledge of automated scripting toolsPreferred ITIL
Desired Profile:First touchpoint for customerInitial handling of all customer ticketsTrack to closure of customer tickets by assisting the responsible teamsSystem software and AWS/Azure infrastructure L1/L2 supportNewgen solution / application L1/L2 supportResponsible for Production environmentOS / Web Server / Application Patch Deployment (Jboss, IIS, Apache etc)Deployment & Support in roll-out of applicationsChange Management impact analysis & deploymentFacilitating ExpertsAssisted support to other functionsRoutine MaintenanceDEV/UAT/PROD environments preparation & managementTrack & monitor SLAs for closure of customer ticketsOpen to work in shifts (24*7 operation)
