Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Work Experience: 0 to 2 Yrs

Education Qualification:

  • Any Bachelor's degree (B. Tech/BA or equivalent; Civil/Mechanical preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities by visiting active construction sites, roadwork projects, and real estate developments in assigned territories

.
• Promote and sell construction materials such as stone aggregates, bricks, and AAC blocks.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with masons, builders, contractors, and other key industry professionals.

  • Educate potential clients about ServCrust's product portfolio, highlighting key value propositions.

  • Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through regular field visits.

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of industry contacts and track sales activities.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2C field sales (freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply.)

  • For experienced candidates, experience in any building materials or construction industry is mandatory.

  • Must own and be able to operate a two-wheeler for daily field visits.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
