About the Role

Designation : Head Coordinator

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Communicate and coordinate with Multiple Vendors.

• Cross functional Skill set required to manage and adapt for the External Vendors as and when required.

• MIS Skills- Should be able to analyze data points, able to communicate with supportive data.

• Coordinate with Companies cross functional teams and act as Second in lead for Operations function.

• Day to day communication and coordination with key stakeholders from client organization

• Resolve the Operational issues rising from dynamic changes in routine activities

• Managing calls and discussions

• Providing day to day support to conduct flawless examinations for SSC.

• Handling of exam related confidential and sensitive data.

• Identify business risks and plan for mitigation strategies and ensure business continuity.

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Strong expertise in analytics tools like Power BI
