What we’ll offer you As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoy Best in class leave policy Gender neutral parental leaves 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your key responsibilities Participate in full development cycle of our flagship Developer productivity tooling together with a squad of software developers in the Application Development department.  Coach delivery teams in modern engineering practices, striving to ensure that your team can build, test and release software with short lead times and at a minimum of waste  Liaise with product owner, QA, Dev Ops and other cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and deployment Working directly with divisional leaders and other development teams to elicit requirements Understanding the divisional practices, the industry standards and the regulatory requirements and recommending modern techniques backed by data and proved through experimentation (of your design) Developing supporting materials (software, training materials, workshops) to guide adoption and measurement (KPIs) and act as a SDLC Ambassador in the firm  Providing hands-on coaching to support teams in the Enablement Team model (Team Topologies) Work with peer teams to deliver successfully on integration points Participate in SL3, production issues investigation and resolution Your skills and experience Experienced polyglot developer (we use Java/React/Kotlin mostly) with 15+ Yrs of experience. Knowledge of data structures and algorithms  Knowledge of common application architecture, integration, and design patterns.  Experience in modern software delivery techniques including engineering practices such as XP and automated testing techniques such as TDD/ATDD Familiar with DevOps and infra technologies, like OpenShift, TFE, GitHub technologies (GHAs etc).  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
