About the role:

Travel MIS Management :

  • Collect, analyze, and report travel-related data weekly, fortnightly & Monthly
  • Accuracy of data presented in the reports
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Travel MIS reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends
  • Regularly update and reconcile travel data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (internal & External) to gather information and streamline data flow.

Travel Booking:

  • Taking responsibility for travel bookings when the other person is unavailable
  • Coordinate with travel agencies or online platforms to secure cost-effective and convenient travel arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies
  • Confirm travel reservations, communicate itineraries, and provide support to employees when needed


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-4 years of industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Past experience in managing Travel MIS and handling travel bookings
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
