Role: Senior Automation Testing Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Tester with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java, Selenium, and Mobile testing to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites, as well as collaborating with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test cases using Java, Selenium, and other relevant tools.
Collaborate with development teams to identify, analyse, and prioritize test requirements.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites, ensuring comprehensive coverage of critical functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects identified during testing, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Continuously improve test processes and methodologies, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Monitor and report on test results, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements. Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing input on testing efforts and resource requirements.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of test environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Continuously improve test processes and methodologies, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in QA automation testing, with a strong focus on Java, Selenium, and API testing.
Proficient in Java programming language and familiarity with other scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and other automation testing tools.
Experience with API testing tools and methodologies, such as Postman, SoapUI, or Rest-Assured.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI/CD).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
