We are seeking a talented and experienced Quality Assurance Testers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Quality Assurance and deep hands-on experience in planning, execution, and reporting of manual and automated tests. This role requires the ability to solve real world problems using Microsoft Solutions that align with business goals and processes.

Responsibilities :Responsible for Design, develop, and execute test strategies, and test plans.Design and implement test cases, test scripts and executing testing in an Agile/Scrum development environment to ensure the quality of software releases.Conducting functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to identify and report defects, ensuring timely bug resolution.Performing root cause analysis to identify and address the underlying causes of defects and quality issues.Participating in product design and development to ensure that products are designed with quality in mind.Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.Work cooperatively in a team environment. Remain flexible on changing workloads.Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver solutions.Manual Testing:Experience with Web, Mobile Applications UI testing activities.Perform the Integration testing, and System testing activities.Experience with API Integrations testing using Postman, SoapUI.Experience and proficiency with SQL data testing including Data Migration.Automation Testing:Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.Collaborating with DevOps teams to integrate testing activities into the CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous testing and deployment.Provide mentorship and guidance to QA engineers on testing best practices and automation techniques.Develop and maintain automated UI test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio, Cucumber, SpecFlow.Develop and maintain automated API test scripts using tools Postman, SoapUI, KarateDevelop and maintain automated Performance test scripts using JMeter.

Qualifications:BE/BTech/MCA degree in computer science, or related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automationStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, best practices, tools, and processes.Experience in manual testing of Web, API, and Mobile applications.Experience with a variety of test automation technologies, including Selenium, Katalon Studio, Cucumber, JMeterExperience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Karate.Proficient in an object-oriented language, preferably C# or Java, MS TestKnowledge of testing Microsoft .NET, Dynamics CRM Applications.Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards, Repos, CI/CD Pipelines, Test PlansDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Automobile, Auction, Classifieds industryCertification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester)Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with Automation, Performance and Security testing.
