- Developing event budgets, negotiating with vendors, and tracking expenses to ensure profitability.
- Overseeing event marketing activities and performance to drive engagement and attendance.
- Preparing post-event reports, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to clients.
- Managing multiple event accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaborating with internal teams to pitch new event ideas and grow client accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and company policies during event execution.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic recommendations to maximize event impact.
