Your responsibilities • Supporting New Product Development teams in substantiating antimicrobial claims for new projects. • Independently planning and conducting experiments to evaluate the antimicrobial efficacy of prototype formulations, finished products as per global and internal standard methods • Contributing towards continuous improvement of R&D laboratory procedures and best practices and recommending minor modifications to existing techniques, processes, systems, or programs • Maintaining lab records in compliance with Microbiology Laboratory and Global Quality standards • Liaising with external laboratories in a professional and productive manner to ensure delivery of results on time The experience we're looking for You can demonstrate these competencies…  • Deep understanding of subject matter to provide expert advice • Take time to listen to customers’ needs and transform them into product insights • Take accountability of results, share knowledge and learn from others to help in maintaining high performance culture • Adapt to shifting priorities and identify opportunities to improve ways of working • Use data and evidence-based decision making • Seek out opportunities to embrace digital solutions to support innovation more impactfully What we offer With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
