Job Description:

RF EngineerJob Description:We are looking for a proactive RF Engineer with the following skill set:Technical Skills:Basics of RF, Analog, Digital electronicsEmbedded systems design, test and debug.Microcontrollers (preferably arm based microcontroller experience)Experience with-FPGA eval boardsUSRPSDRGNU RadioProgramming language exposure:Embedded C,CPythonVHDL/Verilog (preferable)Lab Equipment skills:DC Power supplyOscilloscopeSpectrum AnalyzerVNARF EquipmentAssembly handling.Desirable:Proficient in basics of Electronic Circuits Design/Simulation and analysisExperience with automotive/industrial specific microcontrollersExperience in analog and digital circuit design, simulation & management toolsExperience with EMI/ EMC design & simulation will be desirableComponent selectionProven problem-solving skillsKnowledge of PCB manufacturing requirements will be desirableKnowledge of basic FW coding for issue resolution will be desirableDESIRABLE: Comfortable coding using Embedded S/W packages (Low level C, Microcontroller Programming etc.)White-Boarding Skills:Can Architect System ModulesInterconnect modules to create a complete end-to-end productProject Planning (Agile)Personal Skills:Aptitude for Learning, Problem solving and Innovation with focus on hardware circuit designUnderstanding and Aligning with Strategic direction for the hardware groupPassion for innovation Out of box thinkingEmotional connect - ownership & accountability and drive for resultsMentoring Spirit: Should help foster team-spirit among other team-membersCreative and Independent Problem SolverTeam Player with a Proactive AttitudeAccountableGood Communication SkillsLeadership QualitiesEssential Duties:Design and Integration of RF Based Ground Penetrating RadarDetailed automotive/Industrial hardware circuit design/simulation/analysis as per system specificationsRF Sensor understanding and IntegrationPrototype testing & issue resolutionTechnical document preparation (Test Plan and Test Report etc.
