Description :

The RF leader is responsible to manage and coordinate the multiple high frequency tasks required for product development, characterization and evaluation of RF sub-systems and antenna activities. The candidate will be responsible for the development and the implementation of RF systems, coordinate the fabrication and assembly of printed circuit boards and manage the RF laboratory, antenna characterization and product certification. He/She will work close together with system engineers to realize complex PCB structures at RF and microwave frequencies including EM simulations and microwave circuit design.

The candidate will evaluate together with the system design team and mechanical engineers the best approach to realize the company products.

Responsibilities :

- Design, simulation, EM modelling, implementation, characterization of high frequency modules applied to multiple radar applications

- Schematic design using modern PCB EDA tools

- Manage the RF and antenna labs

- System level RF modeling using Keysight Pathway or Ansys EDA tools

- Assure the compliance and EM compatibility of the products against the certification entities

- Electromagnetic modeling and simulation of PCBs and passive components

- Coordinate the BoM and logistics with PCB assembly houses and the PCB manufacturing process

- Ensure timely delivery within budget

Requirements :

- Electrical engineering degree with emphasis in electromagnetics, antenna and RF systems

- Hands on experience designing RF and microwave circuitries

- 10+ years of experience in the RF PCB design (Altium, Alegro, Orcad) at RF and microwave frequencies using state of the EDA tools for PCB design

- Experience in Keysight Pathway and Ansys EM tools for RF system development

- Solid experience in EM modeling and simulations

- Experience working in the RF domain in radar domain

- Outstanding coordination skills as well as ability to work independently

- Outstanding personal and communication skills

- Knowledge of python language, is a plus

- Fluent in Hindi and English
