Office Timings : 10:30 am to 7:30 pm (Monday to Saturday) Mode : Hybrid (WFH on Saturdays) Stipend : ₹20,000/- per month. Duration : 6-month internship with the possibility of full-time conversion (PPO) after the completion of the internship, based on performance. Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently. Experience/knowledge in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles in high-volume environments. At least one internship experience is a must (in-office internship, preferably in startups). Experience/knowledge of working with HRIS systems is a plus. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Manage our HRIS system by updating candidate information, generating reports, and maintaining data integrity. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions. Contribute to various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management programs. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Work with Multiple Hiring agencies to ensure adequate availability of candidates. Requirements Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with candidates and colleagues. Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze and organize recruitment data. Familiarity with HRIS systems and project management concepts. Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to multitask across hiring for multiple roles simultaneously and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
