- Manage P&L of the Data , AI and Automation practice.- Lead the Data , AI and Automation team and accountable for the functioning of the entire team comprising of Architects, Technical Leads and Engineers.- One who thrives to create an excellent engineering team and keeping high-level of credibility.- Define and execute organization vision to be a leader in the Data, AI and Automation space.- Define the practice team KPIs and objectives that align with organizational objectives- Efficient and effective allocation of practice personnel within the various engagements- Effective management of a high performing Data, AI and Automation team. Deliver solutions that align with the long-term AI ML strategy- Design, architect and implement next-generation Data & AI ML solutions and architectures. Adherence with best practices and principles for the solutions delivered.- Own and lead initiatives to define, design and implement Data & AI ML solutions which include reference architectures, estimates and costing- Provide technical leadership, project guidance and business development in various Data & AI ML area- Act as a subject matter expert on Data Science & AI ML best practices , MLOps, LLMOps etc- Perform analysis and recommend best practices and emerging concepts in Data AI and Automation areas.- Lead and grow a superior Data , AI Automation organization with technical talent resulting in high performing team of consultants with superior technical depth, and outstanding project execution skills.- Work with peer engineering teams to collect technical requirements from partners and customers as input to Data, AI and Automation technology roadmaps- Enable go to market strategies of sales team with Data & AI and Automation solutions and thought leadership relevant to market demand.- Responsible for career planning, development, review and appraisals of the practice- Represent company in industry events, forums and negotiations related to Data & AI Automation technologies.- Nurture alliances and partnerships applicable to ensure success for the Data , AI and automation practice.- Guiding and creating practice branding artifacts and plans (case studies, white papers, webinars etc.) that showcase thought leadership

Mandatory Qualifications

- Overall 15+ years’ experience working on highly distributed and scalable enterprise applications- 10+ years’ experience and in depth understanding of Data warehouses, Big data, AI ML, Automation technologies and platforms- Knowledge in Generative AI is desirable- Experience in projects involving large scale-multi dimensional databases, complex business infrastructure, and cross-functional teams. Successfully launched two to three ML projects.- Experience building and delivering complex systems, preferably in eCommerce areas that leverage various machine learning algorithms or technologies.- Hands on experience developing and implementing machine learning algorithms (classification, clustering, regression, random forest etc.), using relevant programming languages, and big data tools.- Experience in evaluating and making decisions around the use of various algorithms and tools for a project.- Extensive experience with advanced ML techniques (neural networks, deep learning, reinforcement learning, Gen AI)- Experience with open-source technologies, ML libraries, and programming languages.- Good understanding of various cloud platforms and services it provides in implementing Big Data and AI ML solutions.- Good appreciation of CI/CD process, tools and able to guide the team in decision making related to CI/CD strategies- Experienced with Agile development management tool (JIRA, Git/Bitbucket, Bamboo)- Experience with API and Microservices architecture-based systems development and operations- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills- Strong Solutioning skills- Excellent presentation skills- Must have Presales experience and Enterprise systems integration experience- Ability to visualize and create solutions and accelerators
