Role Description

This is a remote
, 
commission-based
 opportunity for a 
Business Development Partner
 focused on the 
UAE market
. Your role is to identify and connect with architects, designers, developers, and creative studios that value high-end architectural photography and visual documentation.

You'll be the face of Geomorph in the Gulf region — nurturing relationships, pitching our offering, and closing new projects with the support of our core team in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients within the UAE architecture, design, and real estate ecosystem
  • Pitch Geomorph's offering with clarity and confidence
  • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of warm leads and potential collaborators
  • Coordinate with our core team to align on proposals, project scope, and timelines
  • Help shape Geomorph's regional growth strategy through feedback and insight

Compensation

  • 20% commission
     on each confirmed project you bring in
  • Option to transition to a base + commission model
     after consistent performance

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, client servicing, or business development — preferably in architecture, photography, or design-related fields
  • Existing network within the UAE architecture/interiors/development ecosystem is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think strategically
  • Passion for architecture, design, or visual storytelling
