We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Research Lead to join our dynamic design agency team, based in Mumbai, India . If you are passionate about human behavior and enjoy working at the intersection of design and research, this role is for you.


The ideal candidate will have a background in Psychology, Sociology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, HCI, or related fields and possess excellent skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UX research efforts across multiple projects, from planning to reporting.
  • Conduct user interviews, fieldwork , and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
  • Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points, behaviours, and trends.
  • Synthesize research findings into personas, journey maps, and actionable recommendations for design and business teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, ux writers, product managers, and developers, to align research insights with business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed research reports and engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging UX trends, research methodologies, and tools.
  • Ensure research activities align with ethical standards and protect user privacy and data confidentiality.


Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of hands-on experience conducting UX research, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful work.
  • Strong expertise in mixed-method research approaches.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—enabling effective storytelling and presentation of research findings.
  • Proficiency in UX research tools and data analysis software.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Psychology, Sociology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology , or related fields.
