Senior Lead-Model Governance

Key Responsibilities:
Support and facilitate monitoring of model risk policy requirements and related metrics, escalate breeches, and manage exceptions. Coordinate and perform subject matter expert reviews and oversight of model governance, model identification, model use and model controls in the first line of defense. Maintain and enhance the model inventory and findings repository tool for limited- or medium-scope projects. Collaborate with senior management and colleagues in business and staff functions across the enterprise in the development, review and revision of model risk policies, procedures and standards. With supervision, design and deliver training to partners on policies, procedures, standards and systems.Required Qualifications:
Minimum years of experience in model risk management, analytical risk management or finance in banking or insurance. Proven ability to apply both strategic and analytic techniques to provide business solutions and recommendations. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with GRC (Governance Risk Compliance) Systems, SharePoint, Power BI, Gannt Charts, and other Management Reporting Software Project Management experience Six Sigma Greenbelt or similar certification in Process Management Systems Integration or Experience in Operations or IT VBA, MSA-Project, Query Languages About Our Company
