Description Eternal Home Developers LLP, a leading real estate development firm in Jaipur, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in real estate, retail expansion, and strategic business development. The intern will be instrumental in identifying potential retail partners, engaging with them through effective communication strategies, and contributing to converting these opportunities into long-term successful partnerships.
Remuneration include: Miinimum Rs. 20,000 per month + Bonus for 3 months minimum
Key Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify and segment potential retail tenants that align with the strategic positioning and consumer base of our properties - creating a sales funnel.Lead Generation: Utilize various tools and methods to gather data on prospective clients and create a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.Communication and Presentations: Prepare and present compelling presentation decks tailored to the specific needs and interests of potential clients to effectively communicate potential leasing opportunities.Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings between prospective tenants and senior management, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared for productive discussions.Relationship Management: Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential clients, aiming to establish long-term business relationships.Sales Support: Provide support in negotiating deals and finalizing contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Qualifications
Educational Background : Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed strategic decisions.Communication Proficiency : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for creating and delivering compelling presentations and pitches.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, for creating presentation decks. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Organizational Ability : Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Independent Worker : Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and initiate projects with minimal supervision.Proactive Attitude : Enthusiastic and proactive approach to tasks, showing initiative and drive in all aspects of work.Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to collaborative team efforts and achieving common goals.Previous Experience : Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is advantageous but not required.
