Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Assistant Store Manager located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for daily store operations, including customer satisfaction, customer service, communication, store management, and retail loss prevention. You will work on-site to ensure the smooth functioning of the store and provide excellent service to our valued customers.

QualificationsExceptional customer satisfaction and customer service skillsAttending Walking customer to the storeExcellent Communication in English (Verbal & Written)Experience in store managementKnowledge of retail loss prevention strategiesAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksAttention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesExperience in the home decor or interior design industry is a plusMinimum 5 Years of retail front-end sales Experience required for Asst. Store Manager and 2+ years of experience for Executive role.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
