Job Description:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
- Analyse website traffic and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the development team to address technical SEO issues and ensure website crawlability.
- Build high-quality backlinks through effective link-building strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, search engine rankings, and conversions.
- Work collaboratively with content creators, web developers, and the marketing team to ensure a holistic SEO approach.
Education/Job Experience Required:
- Proven experience in SEO roles (4+ years)
- Team handling experience of at least 1 year
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Location: Bangalore Onsite
Day-to-Day Work:
- Strategic Keyword Research: Lead keyword research, considering search intent and business goals to identify high-value targets.
- Content Strategy & Optimization: Develop a content strategy aligned with SEO goals and delegate content optimization tasks to the team.
- On-Page SEO Framework: Develop and implement an on-page SEO framework for the team to follow, ensuring consistent optimization practices.
- Technical SEO Oversight: Work with developers to identify and prioritize technical SEO issues impacting website performance.
- Data-Driven Reporting & Analysis: Analyse SEO data to create reports that showcase the impact of SEO on key business metrics (conversions, and leads).
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and coach the SEO team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Must Have:
- Data-Driven SEO Strategist: Can translate business objectives into actionable SEO strategies and measure their impact through data analysis.
- Technical & Content SEO Master: Possess a deep understanding of both technical SEO (website structure, crawl errors) and on-page optimization (content, meta tags) to ensure a holistic approach.

- Team Leader & Mentor: Demonstrates experience leading and mentoring an SEO team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Adaptable & Forward-Thinking: Shows a passion for staying ahead of the curve by actively learning about the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
