Location: Jodhpur, RajasthanQualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil EngineeringExperience Required: 8–10 yearsSalary Range: Up to ₹10 LPAAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and control for prestigious hospitality and real estate construction projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on site experience, and the ability to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and best practices.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement QA/QC plans aligned with IS codes and best practices.Conduct material inspections, audits, and third-party test coordination.Collaborate with HSE officers for safety and compliance.Prepare detailed QA/QC reports and maintain inspection records.Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues.Perform any additional quality-related duties assigned by management.Requirements 8–10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC (Civil/Finishes/Building Services).Prior experience with real estate developers or PMCs is mandatory.Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and testing protocols.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA documentation software.Excellent reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.Why Join Us?
