The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on site experience, and the ability to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and best practices. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement QA/QC plans aligned with IS codes and best practices. - Conduct material inspections, audits, and third-party test coordination. - Collaborate with HSE officers for safety and compliance. - Prepare detailed QA/QC reports and maintain inspection records. - Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues. - Perform any additional quality-related duties assigned by management. Requirements - 8-10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC (Civil/Finishes/Building Services). - Prior experience with real estate developers or PMCs is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and testing protocols. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA documentation software. - Excellent reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
