Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Executive, located on-site in Delhi, India. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Tasks include identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and overseeing the successful delivery of services. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure client goals are met.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management skills and experience in client-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax-related tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using accounting software and CRM tools
- High organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in achieving client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field
