Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities. The Human Resources Executive will also handle employee grievances, provide support for disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
