We help our clients extend their strategy and engage their stakeholders by innovating in Strategy, Technology, and Design to help them make a bigger impact.We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who brings deep hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, integrations, and solution implementation. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in building scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions, and will contribute directly to the enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem across multiple clouds.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Development & Customization

• Develop, enhance, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Flows.
• Create and implement automation using Flows to meet business needs.
• Apply Salesforce configuration, customization, and component development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

2. Integration & Data Handling

• Build and support real-time and batch integrations with third-party systems using APIs and tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Talend.
• Perform data migrations, cleansing, and transformations across platforms as needed.
• Develop and manage secure web services and API endpoints for external integrations.

3. DevOps & Deployment

• Utilize Salesforce DevOps tools and practices, including Git, Jenkins, VS Code, Salesforce DX, and Change Sets, to manage deployments and source control.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and improve release processes.

4. Technical Support & Maintenance

• Respond to production issues and support requests by troubleshooting and resolving defects.
• Collaborate with QA and testing teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Ensure consistent documentation of code, configurations, and processes.

5. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to develop and deliver features that meet defined requirements.
• Participate in daily scrums and agile sprints, providing clear updates and identifying blockers early.
• Contribute to continuous learning by sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.

Must-Have

• Minimum 4-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience working with Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• Proven integration knowledge with experience in designing and building robust real-time and batch integrations using APIs and middleware tools.
• Experience with data migration processes including ETL, data cleansing, mapping, transformation, and loading between systems.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with integration and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Talend, Snowflake, or Informatica.
• Exposure to reporting/BI tools like Tableau CRM or Microsoft Power BI.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms and data visualization.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Exposure to Agile tools like Jira, Trello.
