Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with prior experience in the advertising, animation, or film industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the advertising, animation, and film industry.

- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other outreach activities.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, strategy) to deliver tailored solutions.

- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
*
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

- Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Requirements
*
- Mandatory experience in advertising/animation/film industry (minimum 1–3 years).

- Proven track record in sales, lead generation, cold calling, client servicing, or business development roles.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build long-term professional relationships and manage multiple accounts.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
