As a Senior Front End Engineer, you will be designing and delivering solutions that scale to meet the needs of some of the largest and most innovative organizations in the world. You will work with team members to understand and exceed the expectations of users, constantly pushing the technical envelope, and helping Cornerstone deliver great results. Working in an agile software development framework focused on development sprints and regular release cycles, you’ll own the complete feature story and mentor juniors.In this role you will...Work in a global team, delivering SaaS software on AWS.Develop, maintain and enhance modern responsive web application and services to contribute to our legacy and cloud platform, across the entire technology stack, including , C#, .NET, React, Redux, Typescript, CI/CD tooling, and infrastructureWork with product management and designers to ensure we have consistent UI patterns and smart UX designCollaborate with the product management team to plan, design, and scope new features, and identify opportunities for enhancementsBe responsible for your own test coverage, including unit, integration, and automated functional tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library and Cypress.Use TypeScript and JavaScript to write code supported in an open-source fashion, allowing other engineers within the company to contribute.Own your code all the way to production, including deployment and troubleshooting.Work independently with minimal supervision and provide leadership and mentorship to more junior software engineers.Provide guidance to other engineers and quality assurance staff to ensure our requirements for quality, security, scalability, and usability are met.You have got what it takes if you have...4+ years of hands-on experience in building web applications using React JS3+ years of experience with CSS, HTML/XML, JavaScriptSolid JavaScript and Typescript skills & Strong CSS fundamentalsCommand of modern standards-based web developmentExperience architecting front-end tiers for high volume web applicationsA working understanding of accessibility standards (508 and WCAG
