You should be capable of handling projects independently — from understanding client needs to successful solution delivery.• Independently gather and analyze client requirements to map business processes with Odoo functionality.• Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) based on client requirements.• Conduct end-user training and provide functional support during and post-implementation.• Collaborate with the technical team for customizations, integrations, and other development needs.• Prepare comprehensive functional documentation, user manuals, and process flow diagrams.• Perform functional testing of Odoo workflows, features, and custom developments before deployment.• Lead data migration and validation processes.• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring smooth system operations.&• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.• – as an Odoo Functional Consultant.• Strong knowledge of Odoo core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing etc.).• Solid understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR domains.• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.• Proven ability to manage tasks and projects independently.• Experience in Odoo Studio and functional testing.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.• Odoo certification (Functional / Technical).• Experience with data migration tools and Odoo reporting.• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).• Opportunity to lead and execute diverse Odoo implementation projects.• Supportive environment encouraging learning and career growth.• Exposure to real-world business processes across multiple industries.• Competitive salary and benefits.--> : Application for Odoo Functional ConsultantWhile Applying, answer the following question in your email1) Why you are applying for this role?2) Why you are a good fit for this role?3) What is your current CTC and Expected CTC?4) What is your Notice Period?
